Spring has sprung!

Hello everyone!  I hope you all received my last post......if not that's because we had a few technical difficulties this past week with our blog.  We had to "migrate" our blog. I'm still not really sure what the heck that means.  I'm just glad we finally got it all sorted out with a little help from a skilled computer nerd -  aka our webmaster Cathy!  She is also the super-talented nerd/graphic artist who is responsible for our website design.  If you missed me last week you can easily read any or all of  my posts any time, just go to our site http://www.heathershotcouture.com/

I've been really excited to share some pictures from last weekends' photo shoot with you.  Our models couldn't have been prettier!  A BIG THANK YOU to our friends and  lovely models Kindra and Maddy.  It was so rewarding to see our newly-finished designs modeled by such pretty ladies. Seeing our designs on a person instead of the lifeless dress form, they truly just came to life, right before my eyes as the girls put them on.  They loved wearing them too!  I guess some of us really never grow out of playing dress-up!  The shoot was lots of fun but WAYYY TOO EARLY for me on a Saturday morning!  Thanks to all for being such good sports and making it happen.

I'm soo glad this project is finally finished....... because it's been along time coming.  The set got bumped to the back burner a few times due to the proirty of orders, but I'm happy to say it was worth the wait to see this vision come together.  A while back I posted my sketch of this Pleasure Jacket and seeing it together with the Horsemanship top now they really are the total package!  For more information or to buy these looks visit the Custom by Heather Boutique or search our site for what's new!
